Easy to install.I was accepting of the proformance of this item. So far the item appears to have the staying power as expected.
Not very bright, but not very expensive either. Fog lights are mostly for show nowadays. And if you have led headlight they dont help much. I replaced a 3 year old set that were too bright one had stopped working and replaced it with these. They work fine and look good, but they are not nearly as bright even though on paper their lumens are exactly the same. Hope they last...
These illuminated the areas perfectly. The light appears to extend out approximately 50+ feet further to the front and 20+feet to the sides than the OEM fog lights. This makes a world of difference when navigating poorly lit areas with hidden barriers or items that can damage the vehicle. Do not hesitate to purchase these. Definitely would put these on another vehicle that was not equipped with LED bulbs.
They were not super difficult to install but it does take some patience. They are very very bright but cast everywhere not just at ground. Oncoming traffic will think you have brights on. My plan is to just put a slight tint over the fog lights to decrease some of the obnoxious brightness. Most probably wont have an issue with them but i find they are just too bright. A mild tint just on fog will do the trick I'm sure.
I would add photos... but they always lose context.... so I will describe it here... from 100 ft... stop sign or any reflective material lights up as if it had its own power supply... 200 ft is the same....they are bright and clear. They also light up reflective material behind a light source (on coming traffic). They cast a much wider beam than my oem set and has zero dead spots.
